PeopleForce is our SaaS solution dedicated to optimizing workforce scheduling. It is highly configurable and serves a wide variety of industries.
By joining the development team, you’ll be part of a close-knit group of passionate developers and your quality manager. You’ll tackle exciting development projects that address the specific challenges of our industrial clients:
- Optimizing staff scheduling according to each client’s unique constraints.
- Managing scheduling conflicts.
- Managing employee skills and training.
- Automatically generating documents that allow the client to analyze the effectiveness of staff assignments.
Your Responsibilities
- Write, structure, and execute test plans to ensure the quality of new features and bug fixes.
- Collaborate daily with developers and the quality assurance manager to improve the product and identify issues.
- Actively participate in defining product enhancements, drafting specifications and user stories, and the functional design of the software.
- Develop in-depth functional knowledge of the solution through your involvement in projects and client requests.
- Ensure the validation of versions delivered to clients, including the drafting of documentation and release notes.
- Support and advise our PeopleForce consultants to consistently meet client needs to the best of our ability.
The profile we are looking for
- With a natural commitment to quality, you are fully engaged in testing to ensure the delivery of reliable, high-quality versions.
- Organized and meticulous, you possess a logical and analytical mind. You are not afraid of methodical testing.
- Practical and attentive, you take an interest in our clients’ day-to-day operations to understand the challenges of their businesses and translate their needs into concrete, tailored solutions.
- Naturally curious, you are proactive and driven by a desire to learn.
- You are capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously and managing your priorities.
- You enjoy working in a team and communicate clearly and openly.
- You are comfortable with writing and can clearly and systematically document requirements, requests, or issues.
- An affinity for programming and SQL queries is a plus.
- You’re fluent in French and business English. Other languages? That’s a plus!
- And the icing on the cake: if you enjoy board games or playing foosball, we’re waiting for you to join us for the next game during lunch break!
