Are you motivated by the successful completion of your projects?

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the proper execution and success of the projects you manage. You manage your projects from A to Z, from the analysis and qualification phase to the complete industrial commissioning of the final solution.

You are concerned about the satisfaction of your customers and take a close interest in their business and analyse their needs in order to provide them with pragmatic and effective solutions based on our products.

You manage the resources, budgets and schedules of your projects. You anticipate and manage deviations. You make the appropriate decisions, in agreement with the C.O.O., to ensure customer satisfaction while keeping budgets and schedules under control.

Throughout your projects, you ensure effective communication with the client and internally. You organise the necessary follow-up meetings and steering committees and ensure that the discussions and decisions taken are properly formalised.

A leader at heart, you will ensure that you remain close to the field, your colleagues and the client throughout the implementation of your projects. You are not afraid to get involved in the front line of developments and implementations alongside your colleagues.

You have the ability to master the business of our industrial customers.

You have mastered C# and are familiar with web development.

Are you a born organiser and good communicator? Are you drawn to customer contact?

Your role at Synthetis:

You will be in charge of promoting our products to key accounts in the global steel industry.
You will participate in the development of the commercial strategy.
You will turn this strategy into an action plan that underpins your field activities.
You will develop a customer portfolio in Belgium, France or internationally for which you are responsible and carry out prospecting.
Listening to your contacts, you develop and propose solutions that meet their expectations: detection of opportunities, presentation of products, qualification and analysis of needs, development of solutions and proposals, follow-up of offers until the conclusion of the business.
You will attend trade fairs and occasional marketing activities.

You have strong sales experience and long sales cycles are of no concern to you.
You are organised, independent, methodical and rigorous.
Your interpersonal skills allow you to establish lasting and quality contacts while defending the Synthetis’ interests.
You have a taste for keeping up with your contacts on a daily basis and in the long term.
