Graduated from the Polytechnic School of Leuven in 1993, Antoine started his career in the development of the Cimview product.
After a few years of integration with clients, Antoine took over the management of Aspentech’s operations in Belgium in 2000.
In 2004, he joined the Synthetis team to carry out consulting missions.
In 2012, Antoine became one of the main shareholders of Synthetis and took over the general management.

After a few years of consulting, Marc took over the management of the Paris office of Aspentech in 2000.
Marc joined Synthetis in 2004, in charge of pre-sales and consulting missions.
In 2012, Marc became one of the main shareholders of Synthetis.
Since 2016, Marc has been in charge of research and development at Synthetis and supports the sales force.
A graduate of the ICHEC Management School, Alain began his career in 1987 in the leasing of IT products.
In 2007, in search of new challenges, Alain took over the general management of a food distribution company.
Alain joined Synthetis in 2012 to develop the commercial strategy.
Since 2020, Alain has been focusing on marketing and managing the relationship with Synthetis’ partners.
Nicolas, a graduate in economics and administration from UCL Mons, joined a young service company in 2001.
Nicolas participates in the successive growth of the business units and becomes a partner in the company.
In 2020, he joined Synthetis to develop the sales team.
Raphaël, an industrial engineer who graduated in 2001, joined a service company.
He supports the growth by taking the role of business consultant and project manager. Raphaël then became Team Manager and partner of the company.
In 2018, he joined Synthetis as a research project manager.
Raphael then takes over the management of the operations.
